Wildflower Home and Fruit Party
Today at the Wildflower Home the students switched roles: Abi, Rachel, Maddy, and Marissa worked with the teachers and some of the women staying at the home shoveling/transporting dirt, while Ben, Bella, Andrea, and Lizzy worked/played with some of the older children. Ben and Andrea also spent some time working in the mushroom sheds. We finished with lunch and more play with all of the kids before their nap time.
Once we were home we showered off and planned some of our free time tomorrow afternoon and then Imm and Aor came over with eight different types of fruit that are in season in Thailand right now: pomelo, tamarind, salacca, guava, mango, rose apple, durian, and jackfruit. Some were received better than others by our students!
